Hotel Plaza - Cuenca (Castilla-La Mancha)

The rooms here were very clean and modern, featuring a super comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom, and a unique North African-inspired decor, with a great central location near Parroquia San Fernando.

An air conditioning, a work desk, and TV available in the triple room. Beautiful bathroom with a bathtub; amicable and incredibly nice staff.

The food was fabulous, with plenty of options. The room was stylish and nicely decorated with nice bathroom and pillow ever plus a north African touch, we felt like at home: D

It was a really comfortable stay for one night. The location was particularly good - not far from frequent buses to Old town and AVE station and the recommended tapas bar. There was Restaurante la Guarida around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. the hotel's location was perfect, close to buses to the Old town and AVE station, as well as a recommended tapas bar. Restaurante la Guarida was just a short walk away, making dining convenient.

The hotel is set in a particularly good location, a short walk to tourist attractions. Affable and incredibly nice staff, they smile all the time. - the rooms are spotless and fashionable with a double bed, everything is great.

The hotel has well-designed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We had a pleasant experience.

Convenient Location 📍

This place was pleasantly quiet and cozy, which we really enjoyed. It was conveniently located right next to a highly recommended tapas bar and a restaurant/bar, making it easy to grab some delicious food and drinks.

The breakfast with toast and croissant was a good example of the food offered here, while the location is excellent with a short walk to frequent buses to the Old Town and many sights.

Our room was beautifully decorated with a cozy double bed and a touch of North African style, and the bathroom was large.

Great value for money with comfortable beds and a good shower. the hotel is located in a quiet area, perfect for a peaceful stay. the staff were lovely and the reception was helpful. Easy parking was also a plus.

The walls were thin and we could hear noise from the adjoining rooms. the absence of a full-length mirror in the room was disappointing.

The hotel had a clean and comfortable room with interesting furniture. the staff were really friendly and as helpful as possible, even though we couldn't communicate in the same language. One advantage was the easy parking available at the hotel, which made it convenient for us to come and go during our Christmas stay.

The lack of a minibar was a downside for us as we had insulin that needed to be kept cool. the hotel staff were understanding and offered to store it in their fridge.

We had a wonderful stay at Plaza in Cuenca. The staff was kind and helpful, even using Google Translate to communicate with us. The hotel was clean with good hot water, and the African-themed decor added a unique touch. Free public parking was conveniently available. Despite the plain exterior, the interior was cozy and painted in warm colors. The Moroccan sink and excellent water pressure in the shower were standout features. The WiFi worked perfectly and we received great directions and tips from the friendly host.

We had a great stay at a comfortable hotel with easy parking and a warm welcome from the fantastic staff at Plaza. They provided helpful suggestions on how to make the most of our trip to Cuenca. the attached bar was also friendly and offered good value. the room was clean and decorated nicely, and the check-in experience was amazing despite the language barrier. the staff went above and beyond to give us a map and guided route to all the main attractions and best places to eat.

It was truly the best check-in experience we've had. Cons: Nothing to fault.
